Deba On TCBlades

Debas are thick, stout knives traditionally used in Japan for filleting fish. Some people use debas for other tasks such as poultry or vegetable prep. Most debas are single beveled, which makes their bevel angle more acute. This makes them very suitable for softer thinner product like fish, but the skill set required to work and sharpen them is different than other blades.
